HLR Architects worked along with the building Owner and an entrepreneur to renovate an old dry cleaner space into a new bubble tea restaurant in downtown Vienna. The new restaurant has an industrial flair, with bright colors and a large chalk “menu board” on one wall. A commercial kitchen was also designed for cooking of light snacks.
